We've all had to endure Microsoft windows and the problems it causes. Sometimes its clumsy user-unfriendly system is just a mild irritant where everything takes an age to do, and the simplest task is akin to a thesis on quantum probabilities in its complexity... sometimes it won't do what we want and won't tell us why...and then sometimes it then crashes and burns with some of the most absurd error messages - which make no sense to 99% of the people that use it. Anyway, as some will know I have some experience with computers - i'm certainly not a muppet - but even this one had me scratching my head as to what, on god's great green planet, this could possibly be telling me. I laughed for ages, I mean, its just utter bollocks really...lol
....and no, for the record, i didn't check the Windows help databases. If only because the people who put that help function into windows obviously didn't really understand the meaning of the word help (i.e. to assist, to provide information, to enlighten etc).
Anyone else had any priceless (pointless?) error messages they'd care to share?
